Guangzhou International Sourcing Centre is built at a land space of 110,000 sqm and with a total construction space of 270,000 sqm, of which,72,000 sqm in four halls is for normal exhibitions and 110,000 sqm in a twin building of 18 floor is for permanent trade shows. The exhibition area has the capacity of approximately 4,000 standard booths, whereas the permanent shows cover the themes of crafts & gifts and household goods to interact with the short-term exhibitions in Pazhou area.

廣州國際采購中心是一座**展和商務寫字樓為一體的現代常年展貿中心,位于琶洲會展圈的核心位置,西側與廣交會二期展館緊密相連。廣州國際采購中心由廣州銀怡集團投資開發。分為東區和西區兩部分,其中西區展館(1-4層及負一層)面積約15萬平方米;目前可提供西區1-4層、負一層及東區1-4層共計20萬平方米展場,共約10000個國際標準展位,同時提供展區及相應配套服務。

Franchised chain stores from H.K have also entered Guangdong .During the latest seven-day Spring Festival Golden Week in 2014,the nine major department stores of Guangzhou, recorded a considerable year-on-year growth in their overall sales with a total turnover of Rmb597 million.
